The Microtox® SOLO Test measures the light output of V. fisheri after it has been exposed to a sample and the light output is compared to a non-toxic control.

The Deltatox® ATP Assay

The Deltatox® ATP Assay uses the principle of bioluminescence to accurately determine the total biomass present in water or wastewater samples by measuring the amount of ATP (Adenosine Triphosphate) in a sample which is directly proportional to the biomass of the sample.
